28.09.2023 – Project activity at the Italian school
On the occasion of the European Day of Languages, the school organised a special ceremony for awarding the students with language certification diplomas. During the event the Erasmus team disseminated the project events.

The Final Report was discussed in detail. The Project website was re-examined and a list of things to correct was prepared. The coordinators discussed the various questions/doubts they had about the closing of the Project.

All the coordinators held an online meeting to check on the Final Report summer assignments. Each partner did their bit on a shared Google document to fill out the compulsory fields once we all made corrections or modifications.

An article about our project and Erasmus+ appeared in the local newspaper Novi Put. We also upload on the school website the information about our project and about Erasmus+. Another article about the project was prepared and sent to the school magazine Team to appear for the School Day on October 18th.

The local TV Strela came to our school and recorded the show with our project students, our Headmistress and the school project coordinator. All of them talked about our project, its importance for the future, and their impressions from the trips they went on.

21.08.2023. – Project activity at the Serbian school
Dissemination team of our school had a meeting with our Headmistress and made a dissemination plan to promote our project and Erasmus+. We made a presentation in Serbian for dissemination. We also translated the project leaflet to Serbian, printed it into many copies for dissemination, as well as the students` presentations about the climate changes and the effects on green houses and about recycling.
27.06.2023 – Videoconference of project coordinators
During the conference, the coordinators summarised the latest project activities. Everyone found the last video conference with the students very enjoyable.
The final report writing activities were then discussed in detail and the topics to be worked on were assigned. A list of gaps on the project website was also prepared and once again the coordinators discussed how to solve the problem of the inaccessibility of the original project TwinSpace.

Polish Erasmus team meeting – students and teachers discussed the project and filled-in the final evaluation questionnaires. Erasmus+ notice-board was updated and everyone said they were sorry that the project was coming to an end.
09.06.2023 – Project activity at the Italian school
The Italian Erasmus team teachers met all the students who took part in the mobilities in this third year project. They shared their impressions about the experiences and took a group picture. Students updated the Erasmus+ project corner with the last photos.
05.06.2023 – Video Conference of students, educational staff and contact persons
The videoconference period is two hours and my students prepared a video about the Italy meeting and word cloud Italy and Spain meeting. Also they joined the online quiz game.

The final Project videoconference. During the conference, hosted by the Polish partner, the teachers and students summed-up the Project and the students enjoyed a quiz prepared for them by the teachers. Everyone commented that the cooperation was fruitful and very enjoyable. The meeting was simultaneously broadcast live via YouTube (to reach a greater number of people), recorded and made available on the Project website.

Meeting of the Italian Erasmus team – the teachers and the students who took part in the LTT in Slovakia. The coordinator interviewed the students and a video was shot with all their answers. In the ICT laboratory students also prepared a Word Cloud about the Slovak mobility.

The local TV did a long interview with the teachers and students participating in the LTT in Spain, bringing the news of the Erasmus+ project meeting to a wide audience. The participants shared their experiences and talked about the positive impact the project had on them and the skills they developed during the project week.

The students who joined the LTT in the partner school joined a meeting and the contact person provided detailed information about the video conference content. The students started to prepare video conference tasks.

Polish Erasmus team meeting – students and teachers discussed preparations for the last international project videoconference. They all mentioned that they were excited to participate and sad that the project was coming to an end.

Last meeting of the Erasmus+ commission to evaluate the Spanish mobility from 7th to 12th May 2023. Teachers and students involved in the project prepared the last international online meeting.
19.05.2023 – Project activity at the Slovak school
Meeting of the Slovak Erasmus team – Erasmus+ teachers and students who took part in the LTT in Tychy in Poland. The coordinator interviewed the students and a video was shot with all their answers. In the ICT lessons the students prepared a Word Cloud about the Polish mobility.

Dissemination in the classes about the Erasmus experience in Spain. The students who were in the LTT showed to other students of the school the video they prepared about the city of Zaragoza and talked about their Spanish experience.

Meeting of the Polish Erasmus Team – the students and the teachers. The LTT participants provided feedback of their visit to Alfaro (Spain) and expressed their satisfaction with the experience. They described it as a unique, enriching experience.

Erasmus+ students and teachers who participated in the Erasmus+ project meeting in Alfaro (Spain) gave presentations to all upper secondary classes, sharing their experiences and lessons learned from the project meeting. The presentations were very well received and the interest was high, and more and more students want to get involved in the Erasmus+ project in the future, which is great news for us.

03.05.2023 – Project activity at the Slovak school.
Meeting for Erasmus+ students and their parents: the project coordinator explained the important information about the trip to Alfaro, Spain (flights, accommodation, project activities, safety requirements) and presented the programme of the LTT in detail. The parents filled in the documents for the trip in the presence of the notary public and the school director.
25.04.2023. – Project activity at the Serbian school
Meeting of the Erasmus+ students and their parents – the project coordinator gave detailed information about the trip to Alfaro, Spain, regarding flights, accommodation, project activities, and detailed the LTT programme. The parents were informed of the need to provide a consent signed in front of a notary and a school consent signed in front of the school principal, as well as a health form confirmed with the stamp and signature of a doctor. She also informed all the parents of the exact time of departure from Despotovac on Sunday, 7 May, and the time at which students should turn up before departure.

On Earth Day, students from the Slovak school took part in a project activity where Erasmus+ students presented the impact of climate change on the cultural heritage of Kolárovo and partner countries at a special green stand. In science, technology and art lessons, the whole school worked on themes related to Earth Day.

Meeting of the Polish Erasmus Team – the students, their parents and the teachers. The agenda for the LTT in Alfaro (Spain) was discussed in detail and all the required documents were handed-in by the parents.
13.04.2023 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
The coordinators talked about the LTT in Serbia, the update of the mobility tool for previous LTTs, about the project website and the information that should be published on it, the creation of a new Twinspace on the new platform, about the final report responsibilities and finally about all the details about the upcoming LTT in Spain.
11.04.2023 – Project activity at the Serbian school
As the coordinator is in constant contact via Wiber group, with her students who will travel to Alfaro in Spain on May 7th – 12th, she informed them that the flight tickets were bought and the parents meeting would be organised soon after they were back to school in the second half of April.

The group of students who travelled to Serbia made a presentation of their trip showing pictures and videos of the most relevant activities carried out during the mobility.

The teachers and students who took part in the Erasmus activities discussed the different aspects of the LTT and expressed their satisfaction for hosting the mobility in Despotovac. Students also gave feedback in the classes: they were so happy for making new friends and had a great time with their guest students. This mobility has been a great learning occasion for the whole school.

On 22nd March, World Water Day, we organised a day-long event for our school’s students as part of the Erasmus+ project. Lectures were given on the importance of water conservation, and our students worked on project activities to come up with ideas on how to save water. They also created awareness-raising posters on the importance of water conservation and learned the vocabulary related to the topic in English language activities.

At the ceremony on the 30th June 2022 the headmaster of the Slovak school handed out certificates to the students and teachers who participated in the ERASMUS+ project. He promoted and evaluated the project as a summary in front of parents, teachers, students and city representatives.

The project coordinator met the parents of the students selected for the mobility in Slovakia and invited them to prepare the necessary documents for travelling.

Selection of the new group of students who is going to take part in the Erasmus project in the next school year since the students forming the present Erasmus team are leaving the secondary school.

The contact person of Adnan Menderes Middle school Mr İsa Reşber provided detailed information about the Slovakia meeting to the school managers, teachers, students and parents. Also the project management team chose the participants students for the Slovakia meeting.
14.06.2022 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
The coordinators talked about the implementation of the project and about the TwinSpace project. The partners also talked about the project website and the information that should be published on it. The partners concluded that despite the Covid19 pandemic the cooperation was fruitful and very pleasant.
The project coordinator, Mr Rubén Bermejo, thanked the partners for their commitment and hard work on the project.
07.06.2022 – Project activity at the Spanish school.
La Salle-El Pilar school Erasmus+ commission had a meeting to evaluate the project so far and to decide on the groups of students who will take over the project since the students who took part in it are leaving school at the end of June.

The students of Adnan Menderes Middle School celebrated “Environment Protection Week”. During the activities they collected lesson books and notebooks for recycling and all the students brought their recycled materials to the school. The school manager sent all the materials to the recycling company and it provide extra budget for the school.

The students who participated in the LTT in Tychy gave a presentation in the classes about their experience in Poland. They were enthusiastic to talk about the places they visited, the food they tasted and their new friends. These experiences have aroused great interest in many younger students who have expressed the desire to get involved in the Erasmus project.

The project coordinator and the other accompanying teachers met the parents of the students involved in the LTT in Tychy. The coordinator explained the programme of the activities and gave important information about the travel (documents, accommodation, safety requirements).

Parents’ meeting to inform them about all the necessary documents for travelling – the children and teachers will travel by a minibus. We also inform them about the already booked accommodation in Tychy, about the programme and the activities the students have to do, then advised them to prepare some lunch packets for the trip, some warm and not-warm clothes, some pocket money and so on.

The Erasmus+ students and teachers who participated in the Erasmus+ project meeting in Massafra (Italy) gave presentations to all upper secondary classes, sharing their experiences and lessons learned from the project meeting.

The teachers who took part in the Erasmus activities discussed the different aspects of the LTT and expressed great satisfaction for hosting the mobility in Massafra. Students also gave feedback in the classes: they were so happy for making new friends and had a great time with the other foreign students. This mobility has been a great learning occasion for the whole school.

On 22nd March, World Water Day, we organised a day-long event for our school’s students as part of the Erasmus+ project. Lectures were given on the importance of water conservation, and our students worked on project activities to come up with ideas on how to save water. They also created awareness-raising posters on the importance of water conservation and learned the vocabulary related to the topic in English language activities.

Meeting for Erasmus+ students and their parents: the project coordinator explained the important information about the trip to Massafra (flights, accommodation, project activities, safety requirements) and presented the programme of the LTT in detail. The parents filled in the documents for the trip in the presence of the notary and the school director.
12.03.2022 – Project activity at the Slovak school.
The school’s students took part in an eco-day organised by the Hello Gúta Civic Association, where they cleaned up the Dögös, a nature reserve that is part of Gúta’s cultural heritage, and helped to clean up the nature reserve. The event was an excellent opportunity to promote the Erasmus+ project on nature conservation.
07.03.2022 – Project activity at the Serbian school
Meeting with our Headmaster and the Project team – the coordinator presented them that it is completely impossible to go on the mobility to Massafra, Italy. Regardless the situation when all the teachers and students have been vaccinated with a European Union-approved vaccine, they will have to take a PCR test in Italy and undergo a 10-day quarantine. The Italian government has imposed such restrictions. The Serbian school was forced to withdraw its participation in the mobility. We informed our partners of our decision and how much we regret it.

Preparation of the welcome ceremony by the host school: music teachers perform famous Italian classic music and traditional songs. The school orchestra formed by students of music curricula and the choir rehearse the European anthem, the Italian anthem and other famous Italian songs. During PE lessons a group of students prepare the choreography of traditional Apulian dances and international dances. In all the classes, students prepare posters to welcome the partners.

18.02.2022 – Project activity at the Serbian school
Coordinator, together with her team, is looking for possibilities to go on a mobility to Massafra, Italy on March 20th to 25th. However, this will be very difficult – almost impossible – because of the strict Covid 19 restrictions imposed by the Italian government. Because of that the school could not book the plane tickets before March 1st.

Teachers meeting for organizing the welcome ceremony and the laboratories for students during the LTT in Massafra: ICT teachers prepare the poster activity about recycling, art teachers propose a creative activity for making necklaces with resin and natural elements (sand, shells), sports teachers propose an international volleyball match among students and choose choreographies for the welcome ceremony. Music teachers decide the music pieces and songs to be performed by the youth orchestra.

Travelling students to Turkey LTT made a presentation for the rest of classmates about their trip describing the activities that were carried out. It was a vlog with videos, pictures and texts to go into detail about their experience.

Meeting held by the headmaster, the Erasmus+ coordinator and teachers involved to discuss all the aspects about the upcoming LTT in Kütahya. Several topics were dealt with: programme activities, project dissemination, Covid restrictions, accommodation, transport and all arrangements for meals.

Meeting held by the school headmaster, the coordinator and the accompanying teacher with parents of the students who will travel to Kütahya. The coordinator informed the parents about the agreement they have to take out at the public notary office, about the Covid passports the students have to have with them, about valid passports, clothes, some pocket money, to prepare some food for lunch, time of departure, accommodation, programme activities and so on. The headmaster phoned our Covid hospital and made the agreement that all students who were not infected with coronavirus could be tested free of charge, but on the return they will pay for the test.

The teachers gave a presentation about Kütahya and Turkish traditions, food and customs The teachers also talked about the importance of taking precautions on using the phone/internet, since roaming is very expensive in Turkey.

The Italian team definitely renounced the LTT in Turkey because the Italian Government confirmed the previous anti-Covid restrictions which made the travel impossible for the participants.

04.10.2021 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
Videoconference of project coordinators before the first LTT meant for November from 7th to 13th. First destination Kütahya (Turkey). Topics dealt with: flights, hotel bookings, number of students and teachers travelling, activities to be carried out and so on.
30.09.2021 – Project activity at the Italian school.
The coordinator informed the families of the students who took part in the project last year about the LTT in Turkey. Students and teachers have been selected very quickly. Nevertheless, the school could not book the plane tickets before the 25th of October. As a matter of fact, the Italian government had foreseen strict anti-Covid restrictions for travellers back from Turkey. Vaccinated passengers had to do a PCR test 72 hours before the flight and undergo a 10-day quarantine in Italy. Therefore, the Italian team decided to wait for the 25th of October when there should be an update of these restrictions (they could be cancelled, modified or confirmed).
14.09.2021 – Project activity at the Serbian school
Meeting with the project students and teachers, the project coordinator presented the activities planned for the new school year 2021/2022, with a special focus on the first mobility in Kütahya, Turkey. The coordinator told them that Year 8 students will be given priority as this is their last year in primary school. The first mobility will take place from 7-13 November 2021. Issues related to the situation in Covid were also discussed.

The project coordinator evaluated the results of the last project year and presented the activities planned for the school year 2021/2022, with a special focus on the first planned project meeting to Kütahya. The coordinator presented the criteria for the selection of the students for the LTT. The participants discussed the controversial issues related to the Covid situation.

The coordinators reviewed the project timetable and set priorities and tasks for the coming months. The conference was organised by the Project Coordinator from Spain, Mr Rubén Bermejo, and was attended by the Coordinator from Italy, Ms Grazia Orlando, the Coordinator from Poland, Mr Michał Nowak, the Coordinator from Serbia, Ms Ksenija Laišić-Miletić, the Coordinator from Slovakia, Ms Tímea Galo Lukács, and the Coordinator from Turkey, Mr Isa Reşber.

During the meeting the planned activities for the school year 2021/2022 were discussed, in particular the first planned project trip to Kütahya.
There was a problem as not all students had a valid passport, which is necessary for the trip to Turkey. Some parents also expressed concerns about the trip due to the ongoing Covid19 pandemic. However, in the end, a group of 6 students was selected to take part in the LTT.

At the ceremony on the 30th June 2021 the headmistress of the Slovak school handed out certificates and gift bags to the students and teachers who participated in the ERASMUS+ project. She promoted and evaluated the project as a summary in front of parents, teachers, students and city representatives.
28.06.2021 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
The coordinators talked about the project implementation and about the project TwinSpace. The partners also talked about the project website and the information that should be published there. A draft of a new calendar for the project LTTs was prepared, with all the partners hoping that the Covid19 situation in the following school year will allow for travelling and carrying out the project LTTs as they were described in the project application form. Everyone expressed their concerns about the well-being of the students and their interest in the project, which was implemented online only.
The Project Coordinator, Mr Rubén Bermejo, thanked the Partners for their commitment and hard work on the project.

During the conference, hosted by the Serbian partner, the teachers and students evaluated the first year’s work and the students enjoyed a quiz prepared for them by the teachers. The meeting was simultaneously broadcast live via YouTube (to reach a greater number of people), recorded and made available on TwinSpace.

Planning the fourth international project videoconference with students. Deciding on the programme and setting the date for the conference – 18.06.2021. It was decided that the last meeting in the 2020/2021 school year should be light-hearted, but should also have a partial dissemination of what was achieved in the first year of the project. The Serbian coordinator volunteered to host the meeting and present the highlights of the project.
The partners also discussed various aspects to be taken into account for the Final Report and the information, which would have to be included in the Mobility Tool. A special shared document was created so that during the summer break the partners could fill in the information from the past school-year.

The Polish project coordinator had just completed all the work on his previous KA229 project in which Poland was the coordinator. That projects’ Final Report had just been approved, and the Polish coordinator wanted to share his experiences with his Spanish colleague who is this Projects Coordinator.
The meeting took place on Zoom where the partners shared screens and discussed the Mobility Tool and the Erasmus Results Platform. The most important aspects were noted for further discussion with the rest of the partners on 26.05.2021.

21.12.2020 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
Deciding on the programme and setting the date for the next videoconference with students – 19.02.2021. The coordinators decided that the students would work in international teams and prepare presentations about water (and all things connected with it). It was also decided that all the international videoconferences with students would be recorded and made available on TwinSpace. The coordinators agreed that by the end of December all students should be members of a special WhatsApp group.
15.12.2020 – Project activity at the Polish school.
Meeting of the Polish Erasmus Team – the students and the teachers discussed (on MS Teams) the first international project videoconference. Everyone mentioned that they were excited to participate.
14.12.2020 – Project activity at the Serbian school
Meeting the project students, talking about impressions of their first video conference. They were all very excited to participate, happy that they had the opportunity to see their new friends and listen to their presentations. They learned a lot about the other project countries, cities and schools, as well as their culture.
11.12.2020 – Videoconference of project coordinators and students.
First international project videoconference. The project and participating teachers and students met for the first time. The conference was hosted by the Polish partner, who made all the introductions and presented the objectives of the project.
The students made their introductions and delivered their presentations.
The conference was recorded and the material was made available on TwinSpace.

Meeting with the project students – talking about the first video conference of the students and the presentation they had to prepare. The coordinator invited all project students to participate in the videoconference.

01.12.2020 – Project activity at the Polish school.
Meeting of the Polish Erasmus Team – the students and the teachers met on MS Teams to prepare the students for the first international project videoconference.
01.12.2020 – Project activity at the Serbian school.
Meeting with project students – informing them about their first videoconference, giving tasks to some students. Their first videoconference will be held on 11th December, 2020. The students were selected to prepare a presentation ‘My country, my town and my school’. The coordinator, who is their English teacher, gave them some advice on how to prepare the presentation and supervised their work.
30.11.2020 – Creation of a project webpage
Creation of a project Webpage, along with TwinSpace, choosing web address for the website (http://catcherasmus.eu/).
30.11.2020 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
Planning the first international project videoconference with students. Deciding on the itinerary and setting the date for the conference – 11.12.2020.
It was decided that the conference will take place on the Zoom platform and the countries will be presented in alphabetical order.
The Polish partner volunteered to set-up the conference and to be the presenter.
26.11.2020 – Project activity at the Italian school.
The coordinator invites the students to complete their presentations on their TwinSpace profiles and explains the first task of the project that is the creation of a presentation about the town of Massafra.
24.11.2020 – Project activity at the Italian school.
The teachers of the Erasmus+ Team select through interviews the students who are going to take part in the project. They evaluate their motivation, the language skills and the disadvantaged conditions of the students’ families. Another group of students has already been selected on the basis of their high school marks.
23.11.2020 – Project activity at the Italian school.

20.11.2020 – Project activity at the Italian school.
Online meeting of the Erasmus+ coordinator with the students interested in the Erasmus+ project. The coordinator explains what eTwinning is and gives information about TwinSpace.
19.11.2020 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
At the suggestion of the Polish coordinator the partners started planning a videoconference during which the students would get to know one another and learn about the first task that would be assigned them to do on eTwinning.
The coordinators agreed on creating a WhatsApp group for all the teachers from partner schools where they could get to know one another.
The deadline for the project logo contest was set – 27th November.
04.11.2020 – Project activity at the Italian school.
The Erasmus+ teachers’ team is formed and starts working on the different aspects of the project: contacting families, dissemination, recruiting students, working on the logo of the project in the classes of the secondary school.
28.10.2020 – Report from the Spanish National Agency.
Implementation date 31 Dec. (we are advised to sign the contract and then ask our NA for a date change, less complicated for everyone) Each partner has to contact their NA. No need for a written document. Transform mobilities into virtual mobilities (funding 15% of the budget) Create a document with list of students, plus dates and activities, certificate of attendance (host organization) individual certificate of each student.
27.10.2020 – Project activity at the Serbian school.
Serbian Erasmus+ Team meeting – students only, discussions on project topics and their first task – to design a project logo, with a deadline of 27 November.
27.10.2020 – Project activity at the Polish school.
Meeting of the Polish Erasmus Team – the students and the teachers met on MS Teams to give the students more information about the project objectives and to explain to the students what will be required of the participants.
26.10.2020 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
The Spanish coordinator informed the partners that the Spanish National Agency advises the partners to sign their individual contracts as was planned – the project is implemented with the starting date of 1st September. If it should prove necessary – it will be possible to ask for a 12-month extension at the end of the planned project duration.
The Spanish coordinator also informed the partners about the possibility of transforming the mobilities into virtual mobilities (funding 15% of the budget).
The coordinators have discussed the Covid19 situation and decided that it will be best to assume that the pandemic will prevent the participants from travelling on the project LTTs during the 2020/2021 school year. The coordinators decided that project work – for the time – would be carried out online.
08.10.2020. – Project activity at the Slovak school.
Formal meeting for the five teachers and 23 students involved in the project. After a detailed presentation of the project, the project tasks were presented and WhatsApp and Classroom groups were set up.
08.10.2020 – Project activity at the Serbian school.
Formative meeting of Serbian Erasmus+ Team – 40 students and 6 teachers decided to work on the project. They were informed about the planned activities and a WhatsApp group was created. The students were informed that they have to work hard and on this basis 26 of them will be selected to go on LTTs. The others will be hosts to their partners from other countries.
07.10.2020 – Project activity at the Polish school.
Formative meeting of the Polish Erasmus Team – 26 students and 6 teachers volunteered to work on the project. The Team was informed about the planned project activities and groups on MS-Teams and WhatsApp were created. The students were informed that they will be awarded points for their work on the project and on this basis they will be selected for participation in international meetings.
06.10.2020 – TwinSpace update.
Student registration on TwinSpace, start working on the project logo design, posts on the HOME section wall of TwinSpace with info about partners’ hometowns, International thematic mixed teams should be formed, creation of 6 discussion threads at the FORUM section for the different teams to start working on actual activities concerning their topic and the Erasmus project (to be specified which activities)
06.10.2020 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
The coordinators have discussed the necessity of creating a project on TwinSpace and discussed in detail how to arrange it. It was agreed that everyone (both students and teachers) participating in the project in each partner institution would have to log-in on TwinSpace and contribute to the activities there.
21.09.2020 – Project activity at the Spanish school.
VCF was held with the aim of informing students’ parents about our project being selected and also letting them know that this project will demand hard work and involvement from students. We encourage parents to keep track of the project activities.
21-25.09.2020 – Informational meetings at the partner institutions.
Several informational meetings were carried out – giving detailed information to the teachers and the students in all the partner schools about the project and the partner institutions.
17.09.2020 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
The Spanish coordinator asked the partners about the project state of affairs in each institution, the pandemic restrictions, and situations at schools. The partners discussed how the pandemic would affect the project implementation.
Then the coordinators reported on the process of preparing the documents for their National Agencies and exchanged ideas about the logo competition. It was also agreed that an Erasmus Team would be created in each partner institution.
The coordinators expressed their dissatisfaction with the usage of the Skype video conferencing software, which became more and more difficult to use for communication. It was decided to switch to the Google Meet videoconference platform to carry out the online meetings.
11.09.2020 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
The coordinators exchanged information about the procedures that need to be completed before the contracts with the National Agencies are signed. The Spanish coordinator has also checked the numbers – making sure that everything was correct as far as the project grants were concerned.
The partners asked the Spanish coordinator to check whether it might be possible for the project implementation to be delayed until the 31st December 2020 since everyone was concerned about the Covid19 situation.
10.09.2020 – Project activity at the Serbian school.
After the first videoconference, coordinator Ms Ksenija Laišic-Miletić made a presentation to the school staff and introduced the CATCH – Climate and Threats to Cultural Heritage project, followed by a meeting in the staff room.
04.09.2020 – Project activity at the Spanish school.
A short presentation about the project outline for teaching staff. The project involves new teachers willing to participate in Erasmus+ on a regular basis. It was decided that an Erasmus+ Committee would be needed to cope with the amount of work involved in this type of project.
04.09.2020 – eTwinning
After publishing the results, Mr İsa Reşber and Mr Rubén Bermejo created the eTwinning project with the same title of the project. Mr İsa Reşber provided the information about the eTwinning project to the students and project team member teachers. [click here]
04.09.2020 – Project activity at the Turkish school
After the videoconference with the contact people of the partner schools, Mr İsa Reşber provided detailed information about the international and local project activities and Covid19 situation of the partner countries. The meeting was held at Adnan Menderes Middle School teacher’s room and all the educational staff and managers joined the meeting.
04.09.2020 – Project activity at the Slovak school.
Erasmus+ Project Kickoff Meeting for school staff and the representatives of Kolárovo by the project coordinator. The project coordinator gave a presentation about the project to the teaching staff and representatives of the city. After the presentation, the teachers who were to be involved in the project were appointed and the city representatives indicated how they could get involved in the project.

03.09.2020 – Videoconference of project coordinators.
First official video conference on Skype between the coordinators after the project starting date. Ever since the results of the 2020 call have been published the coordinators were in contact – exchanging information, but this was the first official meeting after the 1st September 2020 when the project officially began.
The partners talked about the Covid19 pandemic and its implications on the project implementation.
The coordinators reviewed the project timetable and set out the priorities and tasks for the next month. It was decided that the first important task for the students would be the creation of the project logo – implemented through separate competitions held in each partner Institution. It was also decided that (if possible) the online meetings would take place on Fridays.
The conference was arranged by the Project Coordinator from Spain, Mr Rubén Bermejo and was attended by the Italian Coordinator Ms Grazia Orlando, the Polish Coordinator Mr Michał Nowak, the Serbian Coordinator Mrs Ksenija Laišić-Miletić, the Slovak Coordinator Ms Tímea Galo Lukács and the Turkish Coordinator Mr İsa Reşber.
